My Midlife Awakening
I’m Sally, and I’m on a mission to empower you to unleash your authentic self and embrace the magic of midlife! I had a successful career in the corporate world, climbing the ladder and moving across industries, taking my transferable skills with me. I loved what I did… until I didn’t. In my mid-50s, I started feeling tired and unfulfilled. My passion wasn’t there anymore. Something inside me knew there was more to life, but I wasn’t sure what that ‘more’ was.
Embracing Change
Like many of my clients, I struggled with the idea of letting go. I was curious about what could be next but fearful of leaving behind what I had worked so hard to build. At the time, my son was in university in another city, my husband was working abroad, and I found myself in this in-between space, wondering:“What’s next for me? How can I create a life where I can be with my family, still have a fulfilling career, and live in balance?” I eventually asked myself the hard questions. After six months of remote work, the company shifted leadership, and I watched colleagues get laid off. At that moment, I decided to take my power back—I asked for a package and left my career on my terms. That decision changed my life. It wasn’t easy, but it was the catalyst I needed to align with my true purpose.
Guiding Others Through Midlife Transitions
Now, I help other women navigate their own midlife transitions, guiding them to unlock their potential, see their value, and design the life they’ve always dreamed of. As a proud mentee of Bob Proctor, I’ve embraced his teachings and integrated them into my work, helping women break through barriers and manifest their dreams. Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities that midlife presents, I focus my mentoring on women at this stage of life. I understand that many women, like myself, may find themselves at a crossroads, seeking fulfillment and purpose after years of dedication to careers and family.
